      口腔科诊疗操作中常因患者唾液及血液喷溅而易形成气溶胶。而微生物气溶胶又是诸多传染性疾病特别是新冠肺炎的一个重要传播途径。临床医护人员也会因此面临着较高的被感染风险。本文就气溶胶的概念、口腔科气溶胶传播的风险、口腔科诊室气溶胶产生的原因及护理防控措施进行综述，旨在为疫情期间口腔科护理管理提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Aerosols are usually formed during dental diagnosis and treatment due to saliva and blood splashing of patients. However, microbial aerosol is an important route of transmission for many infectious diseases, especially COVID-19, thus clinical medical workers may at a higher risk of infection as a result. This article introduces the concept of aerosols, the hazards of dental microbial aerosols, the causes of aerosols in dental departments, and corresponding measures for nursing, prevention and control in order to provide a reference for nursing management in dental departments during the COVID-19 epidemic.
