      ［］ 目的 通过调查低年资护士对血液标本采集知识的掌握情况,提高其正确采集血液标本。方法 采用自行设计的问卷对厦门市某三甲医院151名低年资护士进行调查,统计学方法采用t检验和方差分析。结果 低年资护士对血液标本采集知识的掌握程度差,整体正确率0.60?0.09；在采血前病人的准备方面,不同学历的低年资护士之间有差异；在采血时间及采血顺序方面,不同工作年限的低年资护士之间有差异。结论 低年资护士对血液标本采集知识现状不容乐观,医院需加大培训力度,不同学历的低年资护士都应积极主动学习相关知识。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study junior nurses’ knowledge on blood sample collection, then take countermeasures to make junior nurses pay more attention to learn related knowledge and practice, and get hospital administrators’ attention to training, so as to improve the quality of blood collection. Methods 151 junior nurses from a class 1，Grade 3 general hospital in Xiamen were investigated with a questionnaire. Independent-Samples T Test and variance analysis were used. Results Junior nurses are lack of the knowledge of blood sample collection, especially about blood collects amounts. There is a significant difference in patient preparation between different degree junior nurses. Another significant difference is about the order of blood sample collection between different working years of junior nurses. Most of the junior nurses demand for training about related knowledge of blood sample collection. Conclusion It is necessary to increase the junior nurses’ knowledge of blood sample collection. Hospital administrators need to devote greater effort to training. All degree of junior nurses should actively learn related knowledge.
