      目的：探讨手足口病留观室护理人力资源配置与管理对策,以提高工作效率,保证护理工作质量和安全。方法：总结2010-2012年手足口留观室收治病历的管理经验,按照预案合理调配人力资源,优化收治流程,加强有效巡视,分层次进行专科培训等。结果：既保证了手足口病患儿的及时救治,提高患者满意度,又不影响日常工作正常进行,使手足口病逐渐实现常态化管理。结论：保障护理工作质量及护理安全。
英文摘要:
      【】Objective: to study the hand, foot and mouth disease under observation room nursing human resource allocation and management measures, in order to improve the work efficiency and ensure nursing quality and safety. Methods: 2010-2012, foot and mouth were under observation room records management experience, in accordance with the plan reasonable allocate human resources, optimize treating process, strengthen the patrol, effective hierarchical specialized training, etc. Results: not only ensure timely treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, improve patient satisfaction, and will not affect the normal daily work, to gradually achieve normalized management, foot and mouth disease. Conclusion: the nursing quality and nursing safety.
