      目的 ：了解上海市口腔专科医院拔除阻生第三磨牙患者的焦虑状态发生的现况及相关因素,并制定相应干预措施 。方法 ：采用改良牙科焦虑量表(MDAS)和自行设计的调查问卷,对200例门诊手术拔除阻生第三磨牙的患者进行焦虑状态的评估和分析。结果 ：有47%的患者MDAS评估大于等于11分,MADS评分与性别、是否独生子女、儿时看牙经历、是否定期检查有关。结论 ：为缓解牙科焦虑,可以可以根据患者的不同情况及需求来,制定针对性的干预措施来缓解牙科焦虑。
英文摘要:
      Objective： To find out the patients’ anxiety status of third molar extraction and it’s related factors in Shanghai oral hospital, so as to make corresponding interventions. Methods 200 outpatients’ anxiety status of impacted third molar extraction were evaluated with Modified Dental Anxiety Scale (MDAS) and self-designed questionnaire. Results 47% patients’scales of MADS was greater than or equal to 11 points, the scale of MADS was corresponding with gender, the one-child, childhood experience, regularly dentist checked. Conclusion In order to alleviate the dental anxiety, the interventions should be developed according to the different situation and demand of the patients.
