      【】目的 研究两种不同生活质量量表在库欣综合征患者中的运用情况并对其进行评价。方法 根据纳入标准,选取上海瑞金医院内分泌科的共73例库欣综合征患者,采用SF-36和Karnofsky功能状态量表对研究对象进行测量评估,SF-36内部一致性信度测量用Cronbach"s α系数进行评价； 采用相关系数,评价SF-36与Karnofsky功能状态两个不同生活质量量表之间的相关性。结果 SF-36量表资料的内部一致性内部一致性较好；SF-36能区分生理健康和心理健康内容的变化。Karnofsky功能状态与SF-36量表内部各维度间的相关性,除情感职能(RE)外,相关系数r为0.239—0.703,(P<0.05)。结论SF-36和Karnofsky功能状态量表之间具有较好的同源性。SF-36量表适用于库欣综合征患者生活质量的测量,而Karnofsky功能状态量表测量方法更加简洁直观。

      【】Objective Study of two different quality of life scale in patients with Cushing"s syndrome and evaluated the use of case.Methods The inclusion criteria, select Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, Department of Endocrinology of 73 patients with Cushing"s syndrome, the use of the SF-36 scale and the Karnofsky functional status scale study measured the SF-36 internal consistency reliability measured with Cronbach"s alpha coefficient evaluation; correlation between the SF-36 and the Karnofsky functional status of two different quality of life scale.Results Good internal consistency of the internal consistency of the SF-36 scale information; SF-36 can distinguish between changes in the physical health and mental health content. Karnofsky functional status with the SF-36 scale internal dimension, in addition to the role emotional (RE), the correlation coefficient r = 0.239-0.703, (P<0.05).Conclusion Has good homology between the SF-36 and Karnofsky functional status scale.SF-36 scale for measurement of the quality of life in patients with Cushing"s syndrome. Karnofsky functional status scale measuring method is more simple and intuitive.
