| 目的 探讨自制输液滴速查对表应用于老年慢性心衰患者输液治疗中控制输液时间和滴速的效果观察。方法 将2012年9月-2013年6月在我院心内科输液治疗的600例老年慢性心衰患者随机分为查对表组、输液泵组和常规组各200例。查对表组运用自制输液滴速查对表调整输液速度，输液泵组运用输液泵控制输液速度，常规组运用公式计算方法调整输液速度。观察比较三种方法控制输液速度所需的时间、医护满意率及护患纠纷发生率等情况。结果 查对表组调整静脉输液速度所需的时间明显少于输液泵组和常规组(P＜0.05)；查对表组的护患纠纷发生率显著少于常规组(P＜0.05)，医护满意率较常规组明显提高(P＜0.05)。结论 输液滴速查对表可快速、准确查出静脉输液滴速，节省护士调整输液速度时间，避免在临床操作中使用公式计算发生的错误，提高了静脉输液的安全性和护理工作效率。 |

| 【】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of self-made transfusion lookup table on controling the infusion time and dripping speed in the intravenous therapy of the elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted. 600 cases of elderly patients with CHF receiving intravenous therapy from March 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into three groups: the check table group, the infusion pump group and the routine group (each group, n=200). Transfusion lookup table was used to control the infusion time and dripping speed during intravenous infusion in the check table group, regular group using the formula calculation method for infusion dripping speed adjustment, and dripping speed during intravenous infusion in the routine group. Three methods were compared on the time for adjusting the intravenous time and infusion speed, the medical and nursing satisfaction rate, and the rate of nurse-patient disputes between three groups. Results The time for adjusting the intravenous time and infusion speed and the rate of nurse-patient disputes were significantly less in the check table group than in the routine group (p<0.05). The medical rate and the nursing satisfaction rate were more greatly increased in the check table group than in the routine group (p<0.05). Conclusion The transfusion lookup table can quickly on the show correcty out the intravenous infusion speed, reduce the time for adjusting infusion speed, provent the nurses from making miscalculations in adjusting the intravenous infusion speed using the conventional formula calculation method in clinical practice, and improve the safety of the intravenous infusion and the efficiency of nursing work. |
