      【】 Objective To discuss perioperative nursing care measures for breast cancer patients undego immediate breast reconstruction using the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap combined with implants following mastectomy. Methods 15 patients diagnosed with breast cancer undewent immediate breast reconstruction using the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap combined with implants following mastectomy received perioperative nursing care, including psychological care, preoperative preparation, postoperative body posture instruction, flap circulation observation, observation and prevention of drainage complications. All outcomes were documented and analysised.Results Subcutaneous seroma was observed in 2 patients, the other patients yielded good cosmetic and tactile effect without any complication. Conclusion Perioperative care is essential for breast cancer patients undego immediate breast reconstruction using the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap combined with implants.
