【】目的探讨单孔多通道后腹腔镜肾癌冷冻消融术并发症的临床观察及护理对策。方法回顾分析 2012年3月至2013年3月在第二军医大学长海医院行冷冻消融术治疗的肾癌患者的临床资料,了解并发症发生的原因并给予针对性的护理措施。结果 20例肾癌患者中1例出现冷休克,2例术后出现肾周血肿,1例出现肉眼血尿,经观察并及时给予积极有效的治疗护理措施,均康复出院。结论术后加强病情观察及早发现并发症对提高手术治疗效果十分重要。

【】 Objective To summarize key points of perioperative period nursing for complications of retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single site (LESS) renal cryoablation. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the cases of retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single site (LESS) renal cryoablations in our hospital from March, 2012 to March, 2013. And the nursing experiences were summarized. Rsults complications were found that cold shock (one case), perirenal hematoma (2 cases) and gross hematuria(one case). After effective nursing care, all patients discharged from hospital after completely cured.Conclusion Early recognized complications after retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single site (LESS) renal cryoablation and active, effective perioperative nursing care attributed to good recovery.
