中文摘要:
      目的 探讨血糖控制对中晚期妊娠期糖尿病母婴结局的影响。方法 将100例中晚期妊娠糖尿病治疗情况分为血糖控制满意组76例。血糖控制不满意组24例。并设健康孕妇100例作为对照组。对各组妊娠期高血压、羊水过多、产后出血、早产、巨大儿以及新生儿窒息、剖宫产的指标进行比较。结果 血糖控制满意组的妊娠期高血压、羊水过多、产后出血、早产、巨大儿以及新生儿窒息、剖宫产的发生率与对照组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。血糖控制不满意组的娠期高血压、羊水过多、产后出血、早产、巨大儿以及新生儿窒息、剖宫产发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05)结论 有效控制血糖对中晚期妊娠糖尿病患者的母婴结局有较大影响,应及时进行控制及治疗。
英文摘要:
      Objective Discussions on the influence of blood glucose control on pregnancy outcome in patients with moderate to advanced gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Separate 100 samples of moderate to advanced gestational diabetes mellitus into satisfactory blood glucose control group (76 samples) and unsatisfactory blood glucose control group (24 samples) and have 100 samples of pregnant women as control group as well. Then compare different index for these groups includingSGestational hypertension, Polyhydramnios, Postpartum hemorrhage, premature birth, fetal macrosomia,Sasphyxia of newborn and Caesarean Section..Results: The ratios ofSGestational hypertension, Polyhydramnios, Postpartum hemorrhage, premature birth, fetal macrosomia,Sasphyxia of newborn and Caesarean Section of the satisfactory blood glucose control group have no statistical difference from those of the control group (P>0.05) while those of the unsatisfactory blood glucose control group are all higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness in the blood glucose control exerts crucial impacts on the pregnancy outcome in patients withSmoderate to advanced gestational diabetes mellitus and thus it should be controlled and treated appropriately in time.
