      【】 目的 探讨术后疼痛管理中静脉PCA镇痛宣教卡的设计与应用效果。方法 自行设计包括疼痛、镇痛以及PCA等相关知识要点的宣教卡,在手术前一日对患者及家属进行口头宣教、发放宣教卡并演示PCA泵操作,并于术后第4天回访,了解其对PCA镇痛宣教卡的评价和宣教工作的满意度,同时了解手术医生与责任护士在宣教卡使用后的反馈。结果 206例接受宣教干预的患者,对宣教工作非常满意187例(占90.8%)、满意19例(占9.2%)；患者及其家属均认为此宣教卡非常实用,可以帮助其纠正对术后疼痛的认知偏差,提高自己参与疼痛控制的能力；医护人员同样反应该宣教卡可以提高患者及其家属的依从性与配合能力,一定程度上减轻临床工作量。结论 镇痛宣教卡是一种节省人力和时间,同时又具有显著效果的健康宣教方法,值得临床推广。

      【】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of the PCA education card on the postoperative pain management. Methods: Design the PCA education card which including the related knowledge of pain, analgesia and PCA during post-operation. Nurses visited the patients one day before surgery. Introduced the education cards and PCA pump, then the cards were kept by the patients. Four days after surgery, nurses visited the patients again in order to get the evaluation on the card and education work. The feedback of doctors and nurses were also collected after the education cards used. Results: 206 patients were educated. 90.8% of them were very satisfied and 9.2% were satisfied to the education work. Patients and their family members all think this card is extremely practical, and it is useful for them to correct cognitive biases of postoperative pain and improve their ability to participate in pain control. Medical staffs also think the education card can improve the compliance of patients and their families and cooperation ability. Conclusion: Using PCA education card can save manpower and time, can lead significant effect and it is worth to promote.
