目的：总结留置针断裂的护理对策。方法：分析2例静脉留置针断裂原因，绘制静脉留置针断裂处理流程图。结果：2例患者未出现生命危险，顺利完成治疗康复出院。结论：针对不同的断裂部位给予相应的护理对策尤为重要。

英文摘要:

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the nursing countermeasures against peripheral intravenous catheter breakage.Method: The factors causing the two cases of peripheral intravenous catheter breakages were analyzed and the flowchart of specific measures against peripheral intravenous catheter breakage was completed.Result: Both patients were prevented from life-threatening risks and were discharged from hospital after completing the therapy.Conclusion: It is very important to take the corresponding countermeasure according to the specific site the catheter was placed.
