      目的 分析老年癌症并发抑郁情绪的主要影响因素,探讨综合护理干预对老年癌症并发抑郁情绪的缓解作用。方法 采用简单随机分组法,将132例调查对象分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用综合护理干预模式,对照组采用常规护理干预模式,在干预前和干预后分别开展问卷调查。结果 老年癌症患者的抑郁情绪与婚姻状况、疼痛程度、自我健康评价有关。试验组在治疗前后的SDS、HAMD评分差异均具有统计学意义；在采取不同护理模式干预后,试验组的SDS、HAMD评分均低于常规护理对照组。结论 采取综合护理干预后,患者的抑郁情绪有了较大的改善,并且综合护理模式明显由于常规护理模式。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the main factors of depression complicated by cancer in elderly, and to explore the comprehensive nursing intervention on depression in elderly cancer concurrent mitigation. Methods Simple randomized method was used, the 132 cases investigated subjects were divided into experimental and control groups,, the control group using conventional nursing intervention model. Before the intervention and post-intervention surveys were conducted respectively. Results The elderly cancer patients with depression, marital status, level of pain, self-related health assessment. Experimental group before and after treatment SDS, HAMD score differences were statistically significant; take a different model of care in the intervention, the experimental group SDS, HAMD scores were lower than usual care control group. Conclusion Take comprehensive nursing intervention, the patient"s depression has been greatly improved, and comprehensive care model apparently due to routine care mode.
