The article analyzes the function of humanistic care in nursing, it can improve the patients quality of life, improve the image of the hospital and establish a good relationship between nurses and patients; At the same time pointed out that in clinical work should to do the practice of humanistic care in the following segments, such as careful communication, warm care， patient　conversation, etc.
