      目的：观察护理干预对老年原发性高血压晨峰血压增高的影响。方法：64例晨峰血压增高的原发性高血压患者随机分成干预组和常规组，每组各32例。干预组给予积极的护理干预，常规组予一般常规护理。采用24h动态血压监测仪监测护理前、2周、4周、6周后血压。结果：干预组干预4周、6周后，清晨收缩压（SBP）、清晨舒张压（DBP）、晨峰血压（MBPS）均显著下降，与护理前比较有显著差异（P<0.05）；与常规组比较，干预组4周、6周后清晨SBP显著下降（P<0.05），4周后清晨DBP显著下降（P<0.05），4周、6周后MBPS显著下降（P<0.05）。干预组6周后MBPS阳性率显著降低，与常规组比较有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论：积极的护理干预可有效降低老年原发性高血压的晨峰血压。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention on increased morning blood pressure surge of senile primary hypertension. Methods 64 patients were randomized into intervention group and routine group. Each group consisted of 32 patients. Patients in intervention group were treated with active nursing intervention, and patients in routine group were treated with routine nursing.The blood pressure was monitored by 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitor before treatment and after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks. Results Morning SBP, morning DBP and MBPS of intervention group all declined significantly after 4 weeks,6 weeks.There was significant difference compared with preoperative treatment（P<0.05）. Compared with routine group，morning SBP of intervention group declined significantly after 4 weeks and 6 weeks（P<0.05）,morning DBP declined significantly after 4 weeks（P<0.05）,MBPS declined significantly after 4 weeks and 6 weeks（P<0.05）,the positive rate of MBPS declined significantly after 6 weeks（P<0.05）. Conclusions Active nursing intervention can effectively decline the morning blood pressure surge of senile primary hypertension.
