中文摘要:

目的:探讨颅内动脉瘤患者在显微镜下实施动脉瘤夹闭术的手术配合。方法:对18例颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的手术配合过程进行系统回顾性分析。结果:18例颅内动脉瘤夹闭手术均顺利完成,未发生配合失误,术后均取得满意效果。结论:充分的术前准备,熟练的手术配合,严格的无菌操作,是颅内动脉瘤夹闭术顺利进行的关键。

英文摘要:

Objective: To discuss the operation cooperation and nursing experience in clipping of intracranial aneurysm. Methods: we implemented operations of intracranial aneurysm clipping after general anesthesia and tracheal intubation were imposed on the patients. Result: all the operations went smooth, the patients recovered well after surgery and were with less complications. Conclusions: Sufficient preparation of medical instruments and supplies, and excellent operative cooperation between surgeons and nurses are the guarantee of successful operation.Furthermore, timely intraoperative observation of patient"s condition and taking measures to prevent infection in surgical site are particularly important.
