      目的 观察经飞信短信对2型糖尿病患者健康教育的效果。方法 54例2型糖尿病患者随机分为飞信组和对照组，飞信组接受飞信短信教育，对照组接受常规教育，分别在基线及干预6个月时，对两组空腹血糖，餐后血糖，糖化血红蛋白等临床生化指标进行统计学分析。 结果 与基线数据比较，飞信组干预后6个月时空腹血糖，餐后血糖，糖化血红蛋白有所下降（p＜0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者经飞信短信健康教育后对糖尿病控制有明显促进作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effects of Fetion SMS in the health education with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 54 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into Fetion SMS group and Control group, patients in Fetion SMS group received education by Fetion，while patients in the control group received conventional education. The clinical biochemical parameters including fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin in two groups were analysed at baseline and 6 months after intervention. Results Compared with the baseline, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin significantly improved 6 months after intervention in Fetion SMS group（p＜0.05）.Conclusion Fetion SMS in the health education with type 2 diabetes mellitus may play a role in the improvement of glycemic control.
