中文摘要:
      目的 探讨集束化干预措施对新生儿院内感染发生率的影响。 方法 从2012年1月开始实施集束化的干预措施,采取回顾性调查分析比较实施干预前后两年新生儿院内感染发生率的差异。 结果 实施集束化干预措施后,机械通气时间缩短,病区环境卫生学监测指标好转,新生儿院内感染的发生率下降,实施前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 新生儿医院感染受多个因素的影响,集束化干预措施能系统地控制新生儿医院感染的重点环节,有效降低新生儿院内感染的发生。
英文摘要:
      Objectives To suggestions of cluster the intervention measures of neonatal nosocomial infection incidence .Methods Used bundle of intervention measures Since January 2012, Differences of Neonatal nosocomial infection incidence ,Take the retrospective investigation analysis and comparison to intervene before and after two years. Results Time of Mechanical ventilation is shortened , Ward environmental hygiene monitoring indicators to improve,The incidence of neonatal nosocomial infection is decline after use bundle of intervention measures. Results Significant difference between the two groups of patients (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Neonatal nosocomial infection is influenced by multiple factors, bundle of interventions can system to control the key link of neonatal nosocomial infection, Can reduce the occurrence of neonatal nosocomial infection effectively.
