      【摘要】：目的 探讨医护人员对食道癌患者行食管癌三切口手术疼痛护理干预的方法及效果。 方法 选择2013年1月至2014年2月我科行食道癌三切口手术的患者共112例,随机分为对照组和干预组各56例,其中对照组行术后常规疼痛护理；干预组给予综合性护理干预,对2组患者的术后疼痛,康复情况,及满意度行比较。结果 与对照组比较,干预组术后患者疼痛明显低于对照组；干预组的术后并发症少于对照组；干预组术后患者及家属满意度明显高于对照组。结论 采用积极有效的疼痛护理干预,能够达到预防疼痛、缩短疼痛周期,减轻患者痛苦,减少手术并发症,提高患者满意度的目的。
英文摘要:
      Objective to discuss methods that doctors and nurses have used for relieving pain after Esophageal Cance 3-incision operation on Esophageal Cancer patients and also effects that have been achieved. Methods Choose 112 cases that were implemented Esophageal Cance 3-incision operation by our department during the period of Jan. 2013 to Feb. 2014. Divide them into control group including 56 cases and experiment group including 56 cases randomly. Implement conventional pain care on control group and implement comprehensive nursing intervention on experiment group after operation. Compare the pain after operation, recovery and degree of satisfaction of the two groups. Results： Comparing with the control group, patients’ pain after operation in experiment group was much slighter. Complications after opetation of the experiment group were much less than the control group, and degree of satisfaction of patients and family members of experiment group was much higher than the control group. Conclusion Adopting active and effective pain nursing intervention can achieve the goal of preventing pain, shortening pain cycle,alleviating patients’pain suffering,lessening complications after opetation and raising patients’ degree of satisfaction.
