中文摘要:
      喉咽癌(Hypopharyngeal cancer)是耳鼻喉科比较常见的恶性肿瘤,治疗是以手术加放疗的综合治疗。我院耳鼻喉科收治了一例喉咽癌患者,行大范围的颈部淋巴结清扫全喉加下咽切除术及胃咽吻合术。我们就患者术后心理护理,严密病情观察,手术切口及颈部护理,全面周到的皮肤护理,积极的营养护理,控制感染等方面入手,配合医生共同做好该患者诊治工作,收到满意的效果。
英文摘要:
      Hypopharyngeal cancer is a relatively common malignancy of ENT, surgery plus radiation therapy is often used to treat. Our ENT department admitted to a case of hypopharyngeal cancer, underwent a large range of total laryngectomy plus neck dissection and resection of the stomach to swallow pharyngeal anastomosis. To this case, our nursing plan included postoperative psychological care, intensive observation, surgical incisions and neck care, skin care, nutritional care. We got some experience of nursing care about postoperative patient and report in this article.
