目的：通过对眼眶骨折术后的疼痛观察和原因分析,寻找护理对策,减少术后并发症,增加患者的舒适度。方法：对189例眼眶骨折患者进行疼痛程度计量及术后疼痛原因分析,经过积极的护理措施后,对患者术后疼痛程度再次进行评估及分析。结果：引起眼眶骨折术后疼痛的主要原因是眶压升高和眼肌牵拉,在给予相应的护理后,患者的疼痛得到了有效的缓解,疼痛率下降了30.16%。结论：通过眼眶骨折术后疼痛原因分析和有效的护理措施能减轻疼痛、增进患者的舒适度。

英文摘要:

Objective: To analyze the reasons for post-operative pain after orbital fracture, and to search for better nursing measures to release pain, reduce complications, and improve comfort of patients. Methods: In this study, 189 patients who had pain after orbital fracture surgery were included. Levels of pain were measured and the reasons for pain were analyzed. After positive nursing measures, the pain levels of patients were analyzed. Results: The main reasons for post-operative pain were high orbital pressure and the traction of ocular muscles. After effective nursing measures, patients’ pain was reduced by 30.16%. Conclusion: Better nursing measures can lead to less pain and more comfort of patients after orbital fracture surgery.
