中文摘要:

目的乳癌术后乳房重建方式实施现状研究的深入探讨。乳腺癌是严重危害妇女健康的常见的恶性肿瘤,乳房重建能改善因癌症所致的生活质量的负面影响,降低患者的精神压力, 延长生命,临床医护人员有责任及义务为患者提供新的治疗方法供其选择, 同时做好术前宣传教育和说服解释工作, 根据适应证积极开展保乳手术和根治术后乳房再造术。以提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量。

英文摘要:

in-depth exploration of the current research on the implementation of breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery. Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor which has severe harm to the women’s health, breast reconstruction can improve the negative impact on the quality of life caused by cancer, reduce the patient’s mental stress, prolong life, clinical medical staff has the responsibility and obligation to provide a new treatment for the patients to choose, at the same time, preoperative education and persuasion interpretation work, according to the indication ,actively carry out the breast-conserving operation and after radical resection of breast reconstruction ,to improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.
