中文摘要:
      目的 探讨早期良肢位摆放对脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响。方法 选取神经内科2013年收治的脑卒中患者,共106例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的同时对其进行同步早期良肢位摆放。结果 观察组患者肢体功能恢复及并发症减轻程度与对照组有显著差异(p<0.05)。结论 早期良肢位摆放可以促进瘫痪肢体功能恢复,减低致残率,防止废用综合症,对脑卒中患者生活质量的提高有着重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective S To probe into the meaning of good limb position for cerebral apoplexy in early stage. Methods The stroke patients(106 cases) admitted to the Department of Neurology in 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 53 cases each. The control group received routine treatment, the experimental group underwent early good limb position nursery synchronized routine treatment. Result Recovery of limb function in patients in the observation group is better and the degree of complications is lower than the control group. It is significantly different (p<0.05). Conclusion Early good limb position can promote the recovery of paralyzed limb function, reduce disability, prevent disuse syndrome. It is very meaningful for the stroke patients to improve their life qualities.
