      目的 探讨提高房颤射频消融术临床护理路径执行效果的方法,进一步完善护理流程,提高患者满意度。方法 由5名护士组成护理质量控制小组,对临床护理路径中患者对房颤射频消融术的相关知识的知晓率、出院后服药依从性以及患者满意度调查中存在的问题采取明确问题、分析原因、制定改善房颤射频消融术的临床护理路径、实施改善措施、实施6个月后进行效果评价。结果 持续质量改进后患者对房颤射频消融术相关知识知晓率、出院后服药依从性以及患者满意度均明显提高,与持续质量改进前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 开展房颤射频消融术临床护理路径持续质量改进能有效提高临床护理路径的执行效果,提高患者对疾病相关知识的知晓率、出院后服药依从性以及满意度有利于患者康复,提高生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective to investigate the method to improve the atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation implementation of clinical nursing path effect, further improve the nursing process, improve patient satisfaction. Methods by 5 nurses nursing quality control group, the related knowledge of clinical nursing path in patients of atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation of awareness, medication compliance after discharge and the patient satisfaction survey questions to clear, analysis of the causes of problems, formulated to improve atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation of the implementation of clinical nursing path, improvement measures, the effect was evaluated by 6 months after the implementation of. The results of continuous quality improvement in patients after radiofrequency catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation related knowledge awareness, medication compliance after discharge and satisfaction of patients were significantly improved, and continuous quality had significant difference (P < 0.05) before improvement. Conclusion the development of atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation of clinical nursing path continuous quality improvement can effectively improve the clinical nursing path execution effects, improve patient of disease related knowledge and awareness, medication compliance after discharge and satisfaction is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life.
