【】目的评价VSD(封闭式负压引流持续吸引)在骨科软组织大面积损伤的护理效果及方法。方法SS2011年10月至2012年3月我科骨科软组织大面积损伤63例,其中2012年的患者应用vsd护理(观察组)34例与2011年的患者应用传统软组织大面积损伤护理(对照组)29例,比较2组住院天数、换药次数、疼痛程度等指标。结果S 观察组较对照组住院天数、换药次数减少(p＜0.01);S疼痛明显减轻。结论SSVSD能明

英文摘要:

SObjective:TO evaluate the nursing strategies in the constant Vacuum Sealing drainage in extensive soft tissue injuries. SMethods: TO collectS63 cases with extensive Soft Tissue Injuries from October 2011 to March 2012 , of which 34 cases with application of VSD (observation group) in 2012,and 29 cases in 2011 with traditional nursing (control group) .To compare the two groups in thehospitalization daysS, dressing change times, and the degree of pain. Results:The observation group has the shorterShospitalization days,and theSfrequency of dressing changesSreduced obviously(p＜0.01),and pain was significantly reduced compared with the control group. Conclusion:VSD can significantly shorten the hospital stay, reduce the frequency of dressing changes and relieve pain, is an effective way to deal with orthopedic trauma wounds.
