      目的 比较利凡诺与康复新治疗IV°压疮的疗效。方法 选取脑梗死合并IV°压疮20例,随机分为两组。在基础治疗及护理相同的基础上治疗组使用利凡诺纱布湿敷创面,对照组使用康复新纱布湿敷创面。结果 治疗3个月后两组患者的皮肤破损面积、压疮深度均较前缩小,创面均伴有新鲜肉芽组织生长,甚至完全痊愈,20例中无变化0例,痊愈10例(50%),总有效率100%。治疗组平均愈合时间为55.7天、治愈率为60%,对照组平均愈合时间为74.2天,治愈率为40%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 利凡诺和康复新均为高效、安全的IV°压疮的治疗药物,但利凡诺能显著缩短患者创面愈合时间,压疮治疗效果更为显著。同时利凡诺的治疗价格远低于康复新,值得临床推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare efficacy of Rivanol and Kangfuxing for level IV pressure sores treatment. Methods 20 cases of cerebral infarction with level IV pressure sores were randomly separated into two groups. With the same basic treatment, Rivanol were used to deal with the wounds in the “treatment group”, while Kangfuxing was used in the control group. Results After 3 months of treatment, the damaged area and depth of pressure sores on patient"s skin in both group, which was compared to the pre-treatment situation, were all improved. The growth of new granulation tissue was observed in all cases. 10 patients (50%) were even completely cured. None out of 20 cases was uncured, and the total efficiency of treatment was 100%. Averagely, it took 55.7 days to cure the wounds in the “treatment group”, with cure rate at 60%, while in the control group the average healing time was 74.2 days, with cure rate at 40%, which suggesting better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Both Rivanol and Kangfuxing were highly efficient and save drug to treat level IV pressure ulcers. However, Rivanol could significantly shorten healing time, which means better treatment efficacy. With the consideration of lower price, Rivanol was recommended of further clinical application.
