      目的 胃肠道功能紊乱,尤其是便秘,是影响帕金森病(PD)患者生活质量及疾病进展的主要症状之一。在该项研究中,我们通过评估PD患者的排便情况来评判包括健康宣教、饮食干预、腹部按摩及排便行为干预等在内的强化护理干预措施对PD患者便秘的疗效。方法：将入组的56例患者根据性别配比分配为护理干预组和未干预组,在第1周内采集基线数据,第2、3周对护理干预组实施强化护理干预,包括健康教育、饮食干预、腹部按摩疗法和排便行为干预,在第4周进行疗效判断。结果：在入组的56例存在便秘的PD患者中,经过两周强化干预后,干预组在排便量、排便次数、大便性状、排便费力感及疼痛感等方面均较干预前有显著改善(P<0.001),而未干预组则无显著性差别。结论：强化护理干预可以减轻PD患者的便秘症状,值得在临床推广。
英文摘要:
      Objectives Gastrointestinal dysfunction, especially constipation, is one of the main syndromes that affect the life quality and disease progress in patients with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). In this study, we evaluated the effect of intensive nursing care including health education, diet intervention, abdominal massage and defecation intervention on the treatment of PD patients’ constipation by measuring their bowel movement conditions. Methods: 56 patients recruited in this study were divided into two groups (intervention and non-intervention group) with matched proportion of sex. Baseline data was collected in the 1st week, intensive nursing care (including healthcare education, diet intervention, abdominal massage and defecation intervention) was providing within the 2nd and 3rd weeks to intervention group, and the effect of nursing care on constipation was assessed in the 4th week of the study.Results: In 56 PD patients with constipation recruited in our study, after two-weeks’ intensive nursing care, the intervention group had significant improvement in stool weight, stool frequency, stool consistency, straining and pain during defecation compared to the conditions before intervention (p<0.001). However, there was no obvious improvement in non-intervention group. Conclusion: Intensive nursing care in our study could relief constipation in PD patients and worth spreading.
