中文摘要:

目的探讨舒适护理在CRRT治疗护理中的应用,为进一步制定细化舒适护理干预措施提供依据。方法选择2011年11月—2013年11月于上海岳阳医院重症监护室接受CRRT治疗患者33例,通过问卷调查了解舒适护理,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 33例患者在接受舒适护理后第二次CRRT治疗后8小时舒适度量表平均得分为(29.27±2.17)分,焦虑自评量表平均得分为(52.52±4.60)分,第三次CRRT治疗后12小时舒适度量表平均得分为(28.12±2.60)分,焦虑自评量表平均得分为(50.88±5.02)分。结论舒适护理对CRRT治疗患者能减少不良反应和并发症,提高护理质量,改善患者舒适度。

英文摘要:

Objective Application of comfortable nursing in treatment of CRRT, and to provide the targeted nursing intervention. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate 33 patients who received treatment of CRRT in intensive care unit of Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Western Medicine of Shanghai University of TCM from November 2011 to November 2013. Results After 8 hours in second CRRT treatment the average score of Comfort Scale was 29.27±2.17, Self-evaluation Anxiety Scale was 52.52±4.60, after 12 hours in third CRRT treatment the average score of Comfort Scale was 28.12±2.60, Self-evaluation Anxiety Scale was50.88±5.02. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce the adverse reactions and complications, improve the quality of nursing and patient comfort as well.
