颈椎病是中老年患者的常见病、多发病,随着现代化生活与工作的日益紧张,颈椎病的发病率呈逐年上升,发病年龄呈年轻化趋势。多数患者经积极治疗病情稳定出院,但由于患者对本病缺乏认识,为避免疾病的反复发作,提高生活质量,因此做好健康教育是非常必要的。

英文摘要:

Cervical Spondylosis in elderly patients is a common disease ,frequently-occurring disease. Along with the modern life and work increasingly nervous, Cervical Spondylosis incidence rate is rising year by year,age of onset was younger trend. The majority of patients with aggressive treatment discharged in stable condition,but due to lack of awareness in patients with this disease,in order to avoid the repeated episodes of disease,improve the quality of life,therefore,do a good job in health education is very necessary.
