      目的 探讨基于案例的研讨性教学法在护理伦理学教学中的应用效果。方法 选取护理专业两个班级的126名学生作为对象,实验班64名学生采用基于案例的研讨性教学,对照班62名学生采用传统的讲授法教学,比较两个班级的理论考试成绩及对实验班学生就基于案例的研讨性教学方法进行调查问卷。结果 实验班学生护理伦理学期末考试平均成绩83.79±8.26,高于对照班72.83±7.34;实验班学生伦理案例分析考试成绩优秀人数大于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P均﹤0.05);调查问卷结果显示,实验班有88.71%的学生对基于案例的研讨性教学法比较感兴趣。结论 基于案例的研讨性教学法在应用中取得较满意的效果,其生动直观,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,有助于学生将理论知识转变为实践技能,同时有利于提高教学质量和促进教学相长。

      Objectives: To discuss teaching effectiveness of Case and Seminar Based teaching method used in nursing ethics teaching. Methods: 126 students major in Nursing were selected as the research objects. 64 students were distributed in experimental class and others were in control class, respectively. Experimental class students had case-based learning class. Meanwhile, control class students received class in traditional teaching way. After class, we evaluate the teaching outcomes of the two teaching ways by comparing theory test scores from two classes and by questionnaire survey conducted to the experimental class students. Results: Experimental class students and control class students obtained average test scores 83.79±8.26 and 72.83±7.34, respectively. There is significant difference between two classes in numbers of students with high test scores (P﹤0.05). Questionnaire survey showed that 88.71% of the students in experimental classes were much more interested in Case and Seminar Based teaching method. Conclusion: Because of being taken vividly and directly to gain theory and skill. Case and Seminar Based teaching method achieved high effect in the application. Furthermore, high stimulation of students’ learning interests and better translation from theoretical knowledge to practical skills could be accomplished by the Case and Seminar Based teaching which prompts the quality of education as well.
