      目的 探讨社区医院借助于预防接种信息系统实施的路径管理对提高儿童预防接种率的作用。方法 建立预防接种管理路径，并依据路径开展接种前、接种中和接种后护理措施，在儿童预防接种信息系统中开展数据录入和延期接种儿童的筛查，并对其开展电话、电子邮件和上门随访宣教等方式的提醒。将护理管理、数据管理、随访提醒和健康教育等多种方法在社区预防接种工作中综合运用。结果 实施前后比较，11剂次一类疫苗接种率均有不同程度的提高，其中三项加强免疫剂次接种数据差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05） 结论 基于预防接种信息系统的路径管理能有效提高儿童预防接种率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the improvement of overdue reminder nursing intervention to the children"s vaccination rate at the Community Hospital base on the MIS. Methods In carrying out the basic vaccination nursing intervention measures, data entry and looking for the children of vaccination overdue in the MIS, and implement the telephone, email and the door way follow-up education of overdue remind nursing intervention. Results The implementation of before and after, 11 doses of a vaccine coverage rate increase in different degrees, which have statistics significant three strengthen the immune dose vaccination data difference (P < 0.05); improve the children"s parents" satisfaction to the nursing work, the difference has remarkable statistics significant (P < 0.01). Conclusions The overdue reminders nursing intervention can effectively improve the vaccination rate of children and parents" satisfaction.
