| 摘要：目的：探讨肝脂汤配合饮食护理对阴血亏虚型非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)转归的影响。方法：选取阴血亏虚型非酒精性脂肪肝患者60例，随机分为2组，肝脂汤组和肝脂汤配合饮食护理组，观察两组干预前后血脂、肝功能、BMI、B超影像及患者不适主症情况，进一步比较分析肝脂汤组与肝脂汤配合饮食护理组对阴血亏虚型非酒精性脂肪肝治疗护理疗效。结果：肝脂汤应用后患者的血脂、肝功能、BMI、B超影像及患者不适主症等指标均有改善，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；肝脂汤配合饮食护理组的FFA、 TG、 ALT、BMI 、AST指标均有显著改变，治疗护理效果较肝脂汤组更为明显，有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论：肝脂汤配合饮食护理可提高阴血亏虚型非酒精性脂肪肝患者的治疗效果，促进患者康复，提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To investigate the liver fat decoction combined with diet nursing of yin deficiency type nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD) prognosis. Methods: Select 60 cases of deficiency of yin and blood in patients with non alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into 2 groups, liver fat Decoction group and liver fat decoction combined with diet nursing group, two groups were observed before and after the intervention of blood lipids, liver function, BMI, ultrasound imaging and patient discomfort main symptoms, further comparative analysis of liver fat soup group and liver lipid decoction combined with diet nursing group of yin deficiency type non therapeutic effect on alcoholic fatty liver treated nursing. Results: The liver fat soup after application of blood lipid, liver function, BMI, B ultrasound imaging and patient discomfort main disease index were improved, with significant difference (P<0.05); a significant change in liver fat decoction combined with diet nursing group, FFA, TG, ALT, BMI, AST index were compared with the liver, therapeutic effect fat Decoction group was more obvious, with statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001). Conclusion: The liver fat decoction combined with diet nursing care can improve the deficiency of yin and blood in patients with non alcoholic fatty liver therapeutic effect, promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth in the clinical application. |
