      目的 调查上海市某三级甲等医院重症监护室护士职业倦怠感的现状。方法 采用问卷调查法进行调查,共发出94份,有效收回87份,回收率为92.55 %。并对结果进行分析。结果 重症监护室护士在情绪耗竭的平均分为(4.67±1.21))分,人格分离的平均分为(4.21±1.13)分,个人成就感的平均分为(3.42±1.23)分。结论 重症监护室护士职业倦怠情况比较明显,应引起广大管理者的重视。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the feeling of job burnout of nurses working in the Intensive Care Unit (the “ICU”) of a Third Grade Class A Hospital. Methods The investigation is completed via questionnaires. 94 questionnaires have been distributed, and 87 of them have been validly taken back, at the rate of 92.55%. Content of the questionnaires have been studied and analysed. Results The average score of emotional exhaustion of nurses working in the ICU is (4.67±1.21), that of depersonalization is (4.21±1.13), and that of self accomplishment is (3.42±1.23). Conclusion The management’s attention is required to such a situation that the feeling of burnout is obviously popular among the nurses working in the ICU.
