      摘要:目的 探讨达芬奇机器人辅助肺叶切除新兴的微创手术方式和新型的护理配合模式，为今后的手术室护理配合提供一种新的思路。方法 回顾性研究42例肺癌患者，运用达芬奇机器人进行肺叶切除术，通过对手术配合流程进一步优化细化从而密切配合。结果 42例手术患者，40例行肺叶切除，2例行楔形切除，无1例中转开胸，均顺利完成，术后创伤小、并发症少、恢复良好。结论 手术室护士运用灵活的护理配合模式，熟练手术配合流程，配合医生顺利完成手术，可以缩短手术时间。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To investigate the up to date nursing cooperation for the Da Vinci robotic assistant lobectomy from Shanghai Chest Hospital, to provide and share the experiences and guide for the trend of minimally invasive surgery. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 42 cases in our hospitals after Da Vinci robotic assistant lobectomy who suffered from lung cancer.Gradully improve the nursing process from the operations encountered. Results 42 cases of Da Vinci robotic assistant lobectomy who suffered from lung cancer, among which 40 with lobectomy and 2 with wedge recection. All obtained successful result without thoracotomy, and recovered with small trauma fewer complications. Conclusion The optimized procedure and proficiency in surgery nursing cooperation with surgeons can reduce surgery time and benefit to the the postoperative recovery of the patients.
