      目的 探讨精神专科医院心理疏导护理门诊的建立与实践。方法 选择2014年4—10月来访者39例,进行心理疏导与康复治疗,来访前后主观体验采用自评焦虑量表(SAS)、自评抑郁量表(SAS)、生活满意度指数量表(LSIZ)进行对比,同时收集来访者的一般资料,指出心理疏导护理门诊的优势。 结果 疏导后来访者的焦虑、抑郁症状得到明显改善,生活满意度指数升高(P<0.01)。结论 精神专科医院心理疏导护理门诊可以满足来访者多元化的需求,推动精神护理学科专业化和延伸性发展,也给从事该门诊的护士向更高层次的心理专科护士发展提供了机会,最终提高来访者的生命质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To survey the status and practice of psychological counseling nurse-led clinic in psychiatric hospital. Method It has been investigated 39 visitors in the psychiatric hospital and the data have been recorded during the investigation based on self rating anxiety scale (SAS), self rating depression scale (SDS), the index of life satisfaction scale (LSIZ) and visitors’ general information.Through theSdifference betweenSpretreated and post-treated for psychological counseling and rehabilitation treatment, point out the advantages of psychological counseling nurse-led clinic. Result After psychological counseling and rehabilitation treatment, visitors’ anxiety and depressive symptoms significantly improved, life satisfaction index increased(P<0.01). Conclusion Psychological counseling nurse-led clinic can meet the diverse needs of visitors, and promote the development of Mental Nursing specialization and extensibility, also provide opportunities for mental health nurses’ development, eventually improve the life quality of the visitors.
