| 目的 探讨健康运动处方对腰椎间盘突出症臭氧消融术后患者康复的影响。方法 选择我院介入科收治的腰椎间盘突出症行臭氧消融术患者60例，随机分两组，对照组30例患者接受介入科常规护理，观察组30例患者在介入科常规护理基础上予健康运动处方。于术后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年采用疼痛视觉模拟评分表（VAS）、改良日本骨科学会下腰痛评分法（M-JOA）评价患者的疼痛情况、康复效果及术后1年内的复发率。结果 治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年观察组较对照组疼痛明显减轻（P﹤0.01），两组JOA评分均较干预前降低，观察组干预前后症状改善指数较对照组改善明显。随访1年，随访率均为100%，随访结果观察组有1例复发腰椎间盘突出症，远低于对照组的5例，复发率分别为3.33%和16.66%，两组复发率比较有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 健康运动处方可减少患者疼痛，降低复发率，提高患者康复效果。 |

| Objective To evaluate the influence of health exercise prescription on the rehabilitation of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc after Ozone ablation. Methods A total of 60 LDH patients after Ozone ablation in Interventional Department of our hospital.were selected and divided into the experimental group and control group(30 cases in each).The two group were given traditional nursing. The experimental group received additional health exercise prescription. Visual analogue scale ( VAS) and modify Japanese orthopedic association low back pain score(M-JOA) were used.The pain outcome, rehabilitation effect and recurrence rate were compared on the day of one months,three months,six months and one year after the treatment. Results After treatment for one months,three months,six months and one year, the pain in experimental group was relieved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01);one year of follow-up,the follow-up rate was 100%，the results showed that 1 case in experimental group had recurrent lumbar disc herniation，and was far below the control group of 5 cases，the recurrence rate was 3.33% and 16.66%，there was significant difference，with statistical significance (P<0.05）.Conclusion Health exercise prescription can relieve the patients’pain，reduce the recurrence rate and improve their rehabilitation effect. |
