      摘要：目的 探讨吞咽功能训练在老年吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 用才滕氏吞咽障碍程度评估法对吞咽障碍患者进行吞咽功能评估，将符合入选标准的40例长期住院的老年吞咽障碍患者，根据自愿原则，进行吞咽功能训练。3个月后比较干预前后患者吞咽障碍程度及误吸发生情况。结果 干预后根据吞咽功能疗效判定标准，显效12例，有效23例，吞咽功能明显改善(P＜0．01)；干预后误吸率有41.13%降至14.72%。结论 吞咽功能训练能有效促进老年吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能的恢复，延缓吞咽障碍的进展。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of swallowing function training on swallowing function in elderly patients with moderate swallowing dysfunction; Method: To evaluating swallowing function of elderly patients with dysphagia by Rattan dysphagia severity evaluation method. According to the principle of voluntary, 40 Long-term hospitalization with moderate dysphagia who were satisfied the inclusion criteria would have swallowing functional trains. Then swallowing disorder degree, occurrence of error inhalation and satisfaction of intervention job would be measured after three-month intervention. Result: According to the efficacy criteria of swallowing function after intervention, 12 cases were markedly improved and 23 cases were effective, Swallowing function of patients were improved obviously(P<0.01);While rate of error inhalation reduced from 41.13% to 14.72% after intervention. Conclusion: Swallowing function training can effectively promote the recovery of swallowing function in elderly patients with moderate swallowing dysfunction progress in delayed swallowing disorder.
