      目的 探讨SBAR沟通模式在急诊多发伤急救护理中所起到的作用。方法 采用2011年1月至2014年12月间，在某三级医院急诊科169例多发伤急救案例，排除了5例急救后不需要住院治疗者，急诊护士对多发伤患者预检后77例进行常规沟通模式和92例进行SBAR沟通模式，对2种沟通模式的沟通所需时间采用均数、T检验和交流沟通和协作质量调查表（CCCT表）进行对比分析。结果 运用SBAR沟通模式组比普通沟通模式组的沟通时间平均缩短了64秒(sig＜0.05)，医护之间的沟通能力有所提高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论 在多发伤案例中使用SBAR沟通模式能够有效地缩短医护之间的沟通时间，并有效地提高医护沟通的合作度和交流度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the effect of SBAR communication technique on emergency multiple injuries. Methods This study discusses 169 multiple injuries patients who have been treated in a three degree hospital emergency department between 2011.1 and 2014.12. To compare with normal communication group (77 members) and SBAR communication group (92 members). Statistics mean and T test was used to discuss two groups’ average time for the communication. The results of two groups’ Communication, Collaboration and Critical Thinking Quality Patient Outcomes Survey Tool (CCCT tool) were comparative analyzed. Result The average time that SBAR communication group use is shorter than normal group, it reduces 64 seconds (sig＜0.05). The quality of communication between physician and nurse was increased (P＜0.01). Conclusion Using SBAR communication technique in emergency multiple injuries can reduce the communication time between physician and nurse effectively. It also can improve the coordination of communication between physician and nurse.
