目的：构建我院手术室护士应具备的核心能力标准。方法：通过查阅文献、小组成员头脑风暴、专家咨询等方法构建我院手术室护士核心能力初稿，并通过Delphi专家咨询法最终明确了我院手术室护士核心能力标准的维度、指标和条目。结果：共经历两轮Delphi专家咨询，入选专家20名。两轮专家咨询问卷有效率均为100％，专家权威程度系数0.9475，专家协调系数检验P<0.01。最终明确我院手术室护士核心能力标准包括5个一级维度，28个二级指标，43个三级条目。结论：我院手术室护士所应具备的核心能力标准结果可靠，可作为手术室专科护士选拔、培训、考核的参考标准。

英文摘要:

Objective To identify the core competencies of operating room nurses to fulfill the scope of practice for operating nursing in Ruijin Hospital in Shanghai．Method The draft of core competencies of operating room nurses was made with literature review,the team members brainstorming and the expert consultation. and the ultimate content of core competencies of operating room nurses was established by Delphi method．Results There were two rounds of Delphi consultation,with 20 experts involved．The effective rate of questionnaire was 100％,the creditability value was 0.9475,and the P value of coordination coefficient test was less than 0.01．The content of core competencies of operating room nurses was ultimately established,including 5 first dimensions,28 second indexes and 43 third items．Conclution The core competencies of operating room nurses is reliable and valid,which can provide references for selection,training and evaluation of operating room nurses．
