      目的 通过电话随访对消化道肿瘤术后经口服进行肠内营养的出院患者进行干预,比较随访前后对自身生存质量的影响情况,为进一步从护理层面改善出院患者生存质量提供依据。 方法 运用方便抽样法,对53位消化道肿瘤术后经口服肠内营养的出院患者分别在电话随访前后进行问卷调查。 结果 电话随访对经口服肠内营养的出院患者在生理领域(P<0.01)、心理领域(P<0.01)、环境领域(P<0.01)的干预差异有统计学意义；电话随访对患者总体的健康状况与生存质量的影响有显著性差异(P<0.01)。 结论 电话随访对经口服肠内营养出院患者的生存质量有显著影响,且有一定程度的提高；电话随访能够让出院患者获取康复相关信息、学会自我护理的方法,是提升生存质量的有效途径。
英文摘要:
      Objective The research intervened the discharged patients with oral enteral nutrition after digestive tract tumor resection by the telephone follow-up for comparing the result whether it took role in the life quality of these patients and in order to make the proof for improving the life quality of discharged patients at nursing extent. Methods By convenient sampling we chose 53 patients to finish the questionnaire survey before and after the telephone follow-up. Results The difference of the intervention by the telephone follow-up on patients’ physical area(P<0.01),psychological area(P<0.01),environmental area (P<0.01) and the overall health and quality of life(P<0.01) have statistical significance. Conclusion The influence on the life quality of discharged patients with oral enteral nutrition by the telephone follow-up is statisticallySsignificant and has a certain degree of improvement. The discharged patients can achieve rehabilitation information and learn self-care. It’s an efficient approach to promote patients’ life quality.
