中文摘要:

[目的]探讨维持性血液透析患者舒适度与生活质量之间的相关性。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、维持性血透患者舒适量表及健康状况调查量表对我院血透中心121例维持性血液透析患者进行问卷调查。[结果]维持性血液透析患者整体舒适度得分为(82.30±14.89)分,属于中等舒适水平。除精力维度外,生活质量各维度与整体舒适、生理舒适、心理舒适、社会舒适及环境舒适呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]舒适度是影响维持性血液透析患者生活质量的重要因素,正确评估血透患者舒适需求和实施舒适护理模式,能最大限度地减轻维持性血透患者的痛苦,提高治疗效果和生活质量。

英文摘要:

[Objective]To explore the correlation between comfort level and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients. [Methods] There are 121 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients questionnaire in our hospital’s hemodialysis center through the general information questionnaire, questionnaires about maintenance hemodialysis patients comfortable scale and the mos-item short form 36 Health Survey. [Results] The comfort score was (82.30±14.89), which was in the medium level. In addition to the dimension of energy, the quality of life of each dimension and the overall comfort, physical comfort, psychological comfort, social comfort and environmental comfort were positively correlated (P<0.05). [Conclusion]The level of comfort is of important influence on maintenance hemodialysis patients’ quality of life, comfortable nursing, correctly assess hemodialysis patients comfort need and comfortable nursing mode, it can maximally reduce the suffer of maintenance HP, it also can improve the effect of treatment and quality of life.
