      【】 目的 探讨重症医学科临床护理教师胜任力要素,为临床护理教师的选拔与考核提供依据。方法 采用质性研究方法,对13名临床护理教师进行半结构式深入访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果 通过深入访谈,提炼出4个主题,即专业能力、教学能力、沟通能力与心理特质。结论应加强师资内涵建设,多途径提升教学质量；注重师生关系和谐发展,不断促进教学效果。

      【】Objective to explore the contents of the competency of clinical nursing teachers in emergency medical service center, so as to provide basis for the selection and examination of clinical nursing teachers. Methods Qualitative design was used and a semi-structure interview was conducted in a purposive sample of 13clinical nursing teachers. The materials were analyzed by phenomenological procedures. Results Four themes were drawn :Professional ability, teaching ability, communication ability and psychological characteristic. Conclusion We should attach importance to strengthen the construction of the teachers" competency so as to improve the teaching quality and pay attention to the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship and promote the teaching effectiveness.
