中文摘要:

目的探讨穴位敷贴联合呼吸操对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者生活质量的影响。方法选取上海市宝山区中西医结合医院肺病科就诊的COPD稳定期患者60例,应用随机区组的方法,按1：1比例将60例患者分入治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组30例西医常规治疗联合穴位敷贴、呼吸操,而对照组30例采用西医常规治疗。两组患者均采用St Georgecs 呼吸问卷( SGRQ )评价稳定期COPD 患者生活质量及治疗疗效,观察两组患者呼吸症状( 咳嗽、咳痰、气喘发作等) 、活动受限( 爬坡、穿衣、游戏、家务等) 、疾病影响( 焦虑、痛苦、不安全感、失望等)的程度,为期12周。结果两组患者在生活质量上较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组的呼吸症状、活动受限低于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能及心理状态高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论穴位敷贴联合呼吸操不仅能提高稳定期COPD患者的生活质量,还能改善患者的肺功能。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the influence of the point-application combined respiratory exercise on quality of life of the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage. Methods A total of 60 cases of the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage in the department of respiratory disease,Baoshan Sdistrict hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected .They were randomly and equally divided into the observation group and the control group . 30 cases of the observation group received conventional treatment combined the point-application and respiratory exercise .30 cases of the control group received conventional treatment .Two groups of patients with St Georgecs respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ) to evaluate the quality of life and the treatment efficacy of the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage and observe the degree of the two groups of patients with respiratory symptoms (cough, sputum, asthma attacks, etc.), limited activity (climbing, dressing, games, household, etc.) , disease
