      【目的】探讨连续随访强化教育在改善强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者关节功能、提高生活质量中的作用。 【方法】将80例AS患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，两组患者在院期间给予相同的健康教育和功能锻炼指导，出院后观察组在此基础上，进行多次电话随访强化教育，对照组出院一个月内进行一次电话随访。一年后，对比观察组和对照组患者在AS活动度衡量指数（BASMI）、AS综合功能状况调查表（BASFI）总分、AS病情活动指数调查表（BASDAI）中疲劳感和晨僵两个项目的差异。 【结果】观察组治疗后BASMI、BASFI总分和BASDAI评估中多项评分均显著下降（P<0.05），有统计学意义，提示连续回访对改善关节活动度和患者生活质量有明显效果。 【结论】连续随访强化教育是提高AS患者依从性，改善生活质量的有效手段。
英文摘要:
      Objective：To study the effects of continuous follow-up and intensive education on the patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Methods：A total of 80 patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis and experiencing fatigue symptoms were divided into an observation group and a control group, with each group having 40 cases. The patients in control group were given guidance of daily posture and functional exercise during hospitalization and telephone follow-up one time after discharge; The patients in observation group were additionally followed-up by telephone 6 times at least；Through telephone follow-up we supervise and urge correct posture and functional exercise repeatedly，The Bath AS metrology index (BASMI), Bath AS Function Index (BASFI) and Bath AS disease activity index(BASDAI) were used to investigate the changes in patients′ fatigue levels and functional status before and after intervention. Results at 1-year after discharge, The scores of BASMI、BASFI and BASDAI in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group (P<0.05). the scores in the observation group were milder and smaller than before. (P<0.05). Conclusion: continuous follow-up and intensive education can maintain joint function, and relieve fatigue of patients with AS, which improves their quality of life.
