| 目的：探讨短期正念行为训练在晚期肺癌患者护理中的作用。方法：选择2015年1—12月收治于徐州市中心医院肿瘤内科的晚期肺癌患者65例，随机分为观察组34例、对照组31例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上加入正念训练。分别于入院时及出院时，采用Karnofsky功能状态量表和SAS焦虑自评量表对患者状况进行评分比较。同时随访两组患者6个月后的生存率并比较。结果：观察组和对照组患者的功能状态量表数值在入院时无统计学差异（数值为：52.0±8.48 和 51.9±7.97），干预后比较两组数值存在显著性差异（数值为：69.9±4.34和61.2±8.65）。观察组的焦虑自评量表数值由58.2±6.31降低到37.3±7.14，对照组的数值由58.8±7.29降低到45.9±6.28，干预后两组比较差异有统计学差异。[结果并未比较评分提高降低程度的差别，请结合结果进行修改，并对照修改英文摘要]结论：在晚期肺癌患者中进行正念训练，有助于提高患者的生存功能状态、降低其焦虑状态。

| [Abstract]Objective：To study the effect of Short Term Mindfulness Behavior Training in Nursing of Advanced Carcinoma Patient. Methods: a total of 65 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer was divided into intervention group and control group, the routine care was used for control group, and the intervention group were given mindfulness training based on the nursing of control group. Before and after the intervention treatment, the two groups of patients were assessed with Karnofsky performance status scale and self-rating anxiety scale for assessing their status and comparing their differences, and there were a follow up observation for comparing patients' difference of survival rates within six month after discharged from hospital.Results: There was no significant difference in the functional status scale between the observation group and the control group (the values were 52.0 ± 8.48 and 51.9 ± 7.97). There were significant differences between the two groups after the intervention (the values were 69.9 ± 4.34 and 61.2 ± 8.65). The number of anxiety self-rating scale in the observation group decreased from 58.2 ± 6.31 to 37.3 ± 7.14, and the control group decreased from 58.8 ± 7.29 to 45.9 ± 6.28. There was significant difference between the two groups after intervention.. Conclusion: mindfulness training used for patients with advanced lung cancer can improve their survival status and anxiety status.
