中文摘要:
      目的：探讨籽穴位按压在自由体位分娩中的效果及作用机制。方法：选择足月妊娠的无阴道分娩禁忌症的产妇250例,按随机数字表法1:1原则分为治疗组(125例)和对照组(125例)。两组产妇均根据自己意愿采取舒适的自由体位分娩。在此基础上,治疗组另外用王不留行籽行合谷、内关、太冲和三阴交穴穴位按压。随后分别对两组产妇产程中的疼痛程度、疼痛变化、产程时间以及分娩结局进行对比。结果：治疗组在减轻疼痛、缩短产程和促进阴道分娩方面皆体现出明显优势,且与对照组对比,差异存在统计学或显著性统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论：籽穴位按压在自由体位分娩中的效果肯定,无不良反应,是一种操作简便易行且有效促进自然分娩的方法。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To explore the effect and mechanism of seed acupoint pressure in childbirth free position.[Method] Selected full-term pregnancy and without vaginal delivery contraindications of primipara 250 cases. According to random number table method of 1:1 were divided into treatment group (125 cases) and control group (125 cases).Two groups of maternal was given by childbirth free position rely on their own wishes. On this basis, the treatment group in addition with Wangbuliuxing seed to acupoint press of Hegu, Neiguang, Taichong and Sanyinjiao. Then respectively to contrast on two groups of women in labor about the labor time, the birth outcomes, the pian of degree and change.[Result] Treatment group in alleviating pain, shorten labor and promote vaginal delivery were showed obvious advantages.Compared with the control group, difference have statistical or significant statistical significance (P < 0.05 or 0.01).[Conclusion] Seed acupoint pressure may effect affirmation in childbirth free position, no adverse reaction, which is a kind of operation simple and effective method to promote natural childbirth.
