目的: 对比黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶与黄体酮针在IVF/ICSI--ET周期中的应用效果与护理。方法 : 采用自主设计的问卷，将2013年12月到2014年5月随机对长方案周期患者67例术后使用黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶与87例术后使用黄体酮针剂进行黄体支持，临床治疗效果及护理效果进行比较。结果: 观察指标临床妊娠率、持续妊娠率、早期流产率P=0.991，＞0.05，可以认为三种临床效果的有效率相同。临床护理效果指标比较如疼痛、影响休息、方便程度、满意度P≤0.05有显著的差异。结论 : 黄体酮阴道凝胶与黄体酮针在IVF/ICSI周期中相比，周期临床成功率不变。但在患者无需往返医院用药，休息更充分；往返医院次数明显降低，患者自行阴道塞药，方便程度提高；患者不良反应减少，疼痛程度降低；最终患者用药满意度提高。

英文摘要:

Objective Compare the nursing effectiveness between luteosterone vagina releasing gel and luteosterone injection?during IVF/ICSI—ET period. Methods】:Give luteal support at random to patients under long treatment period from December,2013 to May, 2014 ;67 of them take luteosterone vagina releasing gel after operation and 87 take luteosterone injection after operation. Compare the clinical treatment and nursing effectiveness based on self-designed questionnaire. Results P(clinical treatment effectiveness index, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate during early gestation)=0.991>0.05, which can be concluded that the three kinds of clinical effectiveness are the same. P(clinical nursing effectiveness index like pain, impact of rest and convenience, satisfaction )≤0.05, which has conspicuous difference. Conclusion Luteosterone vagina releasing gel and luteosterone injection share the same cycle clinical success rate. However, after taking luteosterone vagina releasing gel, patients can have more rest because they needn’t go to the hospital repeatedly. Also, they can have more convenience because they can use medicine on their own and the side effects are reduced.
