| 目的 探讨微信视频式健康教育对静脉麻醉下行纤支镜检查患者的知识、焦虑和信息需求的影响。 方法 采用方便抽样的方法将108名纤支镜检查患者按照入住科室分为实验组（n=53）和对照组(n=55)，实验组接受微信视频健康教育，对照组接受常规健康教育，在干预前后对患者的检查知识、焦虑和信息量表（APAIS）进行测试。 结果 两组患者组间比较时，知识总分、术后注意事项得分、综合焦虑、检查相关焦虑和信心需求的比较有统计学意义。组内比较时，两组患者的知识得分均有显著的提高，实验组的综合焦虑、检查相关焦虑和信息需求有显著的降低，而对照组的焦虑和信息需求干预前后比较无统计学意义。结论 微信视频可以有效提高纤支镜患者的检查知识，降低患者的焦虑和信息需求，但是在实施过程中应注意人群的适用性。 |

| bjective The aim of this study was to explore the effects of education by wechat video on knowledge and anxiety and information in patient received fibreoptic bronchoscopy in intravenous anesthesia. Methods 108 patients were selected by convenience sampling and assigned to experimental group with wechat video education (n=53) and control group with routine education (n=55) based on the Ward. Data was collected through questionnaires before and after education. Outcomes were demography, knowledge related fibreoptic bronchoscopy and the modified Amsterdam preoperative anxiety and information scale. Results The total score of knowledge, the score of knoweledge about considerations, combined anxiety componets, procedure-related anxiety and information desire componet had sinificant differents when compared the two groups after intervents. The knowledge scores had significant improvmets after the interventions in both of the two groups. The combined anxiety componets, procedure related anxiety and information desire componet are significant reduced in the intervention group after the educaiton, but these had no change in the control group. Conclusions Wechat video can effectively improve patients’ knowledge and decrease the anxiety and information before the fibreoptic bronchoscopy. However, adaptability should be paid attention by using the wechat. |
