中文摘要:
      目的 了解社区腰椎间盘突出症患者疾病知识掌握现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用自编“腰椎间盘突出症患者的健康知识调查问卷”量表对133位腰椎间盘突出症患者进行问卷调查,并采用t检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归分析研究其影响因素。结果 腰椎间盘突出症患者疾病知识得分为(30.66±6.21)分,是否接受过健康教育、文化程度及经济状况等是影响患者疾病知识得分的主要因素。 结论 社区腰椎间盘突出症患者疾病知识掌握整体一般,应对文化程度较低、经济状况较差的体力劳动患者进行相应的健康教育。
英文摘要:
      ABSTRACT Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge status among community lumbar disc herniation patients, and to explore its influencing factors. Method: Totally 133 lumbar disc herniation patients were investigated with self-designed instrument “The questionnaire of knowledge among lumbar disc herniation patients”. The data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple liner regression. Results: The knowledge of lumbar disc herniation patients were (30.66±6.21). The main influencing factors were whether received health education or not, the education level, and income. Conclusion: The knowledge of community lumbar disc herniation patients were at middle level, it was important to give education to those patients who were at low education level and poor economic status.
