      摘要：目的 探讨注射器空筒改良的负压吸引器在经阴道B超引导下取卵术中的应用。方法 随机选择我院妇产科生殖中心2013.4～2013.9行取卵术、使用2 ml注射器空筒连接负压吸引器的患者（改良组）和使用传统负压吸引器的患者（对照组）各50例，对比两组获卵数、取卵的持续时间、漏气率、医师对护士满意度评估结果的差异。结果 改良组获卵数高、手术持续时间短、医师对护士满意度高，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05)，无漏气现象发生。结论 在辅助生殖取卵术中使用注射器空筒改良的负压吸引器，有利于稳定吸引器负压、提高获卵率、缩短卵子外界暴露时间，提高医师对护士配合的满意度。
英文摘要:
      To explore the effects of modified vacuum extractor with empty syringe cylinder applied in oocyte retrieval under the guidance of type B ultrasound in assisted reproductive techniques. Methods Fifty patients who were subjected to oocytes retrieval with modified vacuum extractor with 2-ml empty syringe cylinder (modified group) and fifty with routine vacuum extractor (control group) in Obstet. & Gynecol. Dept. of our hospital during 2013.4-2013.9 were enrolled. Numbers of retrieved oocytes, durations of oocyte retrieval operation, air leaking rates and assessment for collaborateve nurses by the operators were compared between the two groups. Results Significantly higher oocyte retrieval rate, shorter operative duration and operators’ satisfaction rate were observed in the modified group compared with the control group. The modified group was operated with the absence of air leaking, which is contract to 30% air leaking rate in the control group. Conclusion Application of modified vacuum extractor with empty syringe cylinder on oocyte retrieval in assisted reproductive techniques is beneficial for its stablized negative pressure of the conduit, higher oocyte retrieval rate, shorter time for the oocytes exposed outside and raised satisfactition of the operators to the collaborative nurses.
