      摘要：目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高化学药物正确给药中的应用效果。方法：在肿瘤科通过建立品管圈活动探讨影响化学药物正确给药的问题及原因，针对相应问题提出相应的解决方案，并进行改进工作，统计品管圈活动实施前后护理人员专业理论考核成绩、实际操作成绩以及护理人员按照化疗药物方案执行给药的情况进行统计。结果：品管圈活动实施后护理人员的专业理论考核成绩及实际操作技能都获得了显著提高，结果有显著差异（P<0.05），护理人员严格按照化疗流程给药的的执行率显著提高，结果有显著差异（P<0.05），并且，管圈活动实施后化疗药物正确给药情况得到了良好的执行，效果显著。结论：品管圈活动在提高化学药物正确给药过程中获得了显著的效果。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of the activity of the coil in improving the drug administration.?Methods: in oncology department through the establishment of quality control circle activities of chemical effects of drugs correctly to the problems and reasons of medicine, according to corresponding problem put forward the corresponding solutions, and improve their work, statistical quality tube circle activities before and after the implementation of nursing staff assessment of the performance of professional theory, the actual operation results and nursing staff in accordance with the execution of chemotherapy drugs to drugs were statistically.Results: the quality control circle activities after the implementation of nursing staff of professional theory test results and the actual operation skill are significantly improved. As a result, there was significant difference (P < 0.05), nursing staff strictly according to the chemotherapy process to drug execution rate increased significantly.
